"CASEY"

Rivers Edge Pet Crematorium has been in business since 2002 and during that time we have been providing exceptional local service for 17 Veterinary Clinics in La Crosse WI and the surrounding area. When my husband and I started Rivers Edge, our commitment then, as it is now, was to provide prompt compassionate care for your Pet. During this difficult time, our Veterinary Clinics and their clients appreciate the high level of professionalism and integrity afforded them. We pride ourselves on the respect and dignity shown to your Pet on their final journey. Rivers Edge sells a complete line of Pet Urns, Stone Memorials and Pet Caskets. Rivers Edge Pet Crematorium is family owned and located in a peaceful valley 20 miles south of La Crosse WI. We service each Pet at our facility in De Soto, WI. and they never leave our possession from the minute they are picked up, it is for this reason that we can guarantee our services. We are considered the La Crosse areas finest Pet Crematorium.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What if my Pet dies at home?
A: Please call your Veterinarian or us.
Q: How do I know my Pet is being returned to me?
A: Your Pet is just like a member of the family and as Pet owners ourselves, we understand how important it is to be reassured you are indeed getting your Pet back. We are not a large corporation and very hands on so you can be assured that every Pet that comes to our facility is treated like they are one of ours and each Pet is handled with the utmost care and clearly identified throughout the process. We use a 3 part system that starts at the time of pick-up and is carried through to delivery of your Pet. Feel free to contact any of our clinics listed on the Veterinarians page to get a reference
Q: Can I order an Urn for my Pet and can my Pet be returned in it so I don't have to transfer the cremains?
A: Yes, we have a large variety of Urns on our Urn page and we can order the Urn and transfer the cremains immediately into the Urn.
Q: Can I get references?
A: Yes, all of the Clinics we service will give a recommendation.
Q: Can you pick-up my Pet and transfer to a Veterinary Clinic for euthanasia or can you euthanize?
A: No we do not euthanize, you have to be a licensed veterinarian and by law you the owner must sign a release form in front of the Clinic staff before any euthanasia can be performed. Most Veterinarians we work with will come to your home to euthanize.
